The seven member Board of Directors overseeing MICR Prime Services is a diverse and experienced team. It reflects hundreds of years of experience covering all disciplines, including those most valuable to the company. A brief biography of each member and their respective committee assignment follows:

Ken Elliott
Chairman Investor Advisory Committee
Ken Elliott is an aviator who traverses the globe delivering commercial aircraft. He successfully brought key operating funds to the organization to finish development of ChIPS^®. Solicitation activity is underway to secure operating capital for the company. Ken serves as Chairman of the Investor Advisory Committee.

Gordon Hamilton
Member Investor Advisory Committee
Gordon Hamilton retired from military service as Deputy Brigade Commander and now as a Financial Planner works with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO. Gordon is licensed in both insurance and securities, holding SEC certificates in Series 6, Series 7 & 66. Gordon is the company’s first outside member of the Board of Directors serving on the Investor Advisory Committee.

James C. Romig
President, CEO, Chairman of the Board

Jim is the Co-Founder of MICR Prime. In 1991, Jim founded Computer Forms, a sole proprietorship, brokering print services to businesses in Colorado. In April, 2000 he founded MICR Prime Services, Inc. He led in the development of the ChIPS^® product and his entrepreneurial spirit continues to guide the company. Jim chairs the Strategic Planning Committee.

George M. Cross
Executive VP
George Cross is the Executive Vice President of MICR Prime. George’s passion extends beyond the engineering and development phase for a product to include its successful acceptance in the market. His skills in new product engineering have resulted in several patents. Mr. Cross serves on the company’s Succession Planning committee.

Chris Kjeldsen
CFO
Chris is the Chief Financial Officer for the company. He was the catalyst in acquiring operating capital for the company's startup Round 1 financing and continues to serve as a member of the Investor Advisory Committee.

Carol Romig,
COO
Carol is MICR Prime’s Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the Human Resources for the company and chairs the Succession Planning Committee.

Roger Sullivan
VP Sales and Marketing
Roger is VP of Sales & Marketing. His expertise includes startups and turnarounds along with other diverse engineering and marketing challenges. He was elected to the BOD in 2010 and serves on both the Strategic Planning and Investor Advisory Committees.
