HISTORY

MICR Prime Services, Inc. (MPSI) , headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, sells highly specialized software and consumable supplies that help financial institutions achieve a distinct marketing advantage over their competitors.

ORGANIZATION

Jim Romig JAMES C. ROMIG -- President, CEO
Mr. Romig is the president and CEO of MICR Prime Services, Inc.. His development of ChIPS is the culmination of 12 years of experience in providing MICR document solutions to the financial industry.

CHRIS KJELDSON -- CFO

Mr. Kjeldson is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a BS degree in Accounting. He has served as CFO, Controller and Accountant for various companies since 1992, and is currently president and owner of CFO Consulting.

GEORGE CROSS -- Executive Vice President
Mr. Cross retains an extensive 30 year history in mechanical design, inventing, engineering, vendor relationships, and the international marketplace.

ROGER SULLIVAN - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Roger has held senior positions in marketing, consulting, strategic business & product planning, and OEM sales with a number of firms including Fortune 200 Pitney Bowes. He has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport.

KEN ELLIOTT- Vice President Investor Relations
Mr. Elliott is a graduate of SNU (Bethany, OK) with a degree in Business Administration. He brings broad experience to the MICR Prime team – Sales Manager and CEO for various companies, has valuable international connections and a winning attitude honed during his distinguished service as a Navy fighter pilot in Viet Nam prior to a career in commercial aviation.
